LocateASurgeon is currently collecting private, procedure-specific recommendations. Only operating room professionals submit recommendations — not patients.
Professional recommendations are subjective observations, not verified clinical performance measures or guarantees of outcomes. Please do not include patient-identifying information.

Step 1: Tell Us Who You Are
OR professionals with firsthand experience enter their name, email and role once. There is no preapproval or credential verification during this pilot.

Step 2: Add Surgeons and Procedures
Add multiple surgeons and select the specific procedures you personally worked on. Each procedure requires firsthand and would-recommend confirmation; a brief explanation is optional.

Step 3: Submit Privately
Review and submit your recommendations privately to LocateASurgeon. Recommendations are not publicly displayed.

Step 4: Share With Colleagues
Forward the survey to OR colleagues you personally work with.
